Guided Healthcare Closes $2 Million Seed Round, Completes Build of Its Clinical Platform

DALLAS — March 31, 2025 — Guided Healthcare, Inc. announced it has closed a $2 million seed round and completed construction of its clinical platform, the Guided Clinical ERP. The round was backed by a group of healthcare and technology investors. The full platform was built for $1.85 million.

Guided Healthcare builds the clinical infrastructure behind direct-to-consumer health brands. Its platform recruits and qualifies clinicians, connects them with patients and coordinates ongoing treatment from symptom intake through clinician review, lab work, prescribing and follow-up. The company describes the model as one care operation built to serve many brands.

The seed capital funded the platform's build-out and the lab, pharmacy and provider partnerships underneath it, including clinician onboarding, lab integrations, pharmacy fulfillment and the follow-up workflow. Lab, pharmacy and physician services typically sit in separate systems with separate vendors; the platform consolidates them so a patient's care continues after the first prescription.

Dallal leads lab, pharmacy and provider partnerships for the company and has led its investor outreach. He is also Founder & CEO of Cornerstone Health Group, a Los Angeles healthcare procurement and distribution company that brings institutional pricing to pharmacy groups, buying groups, and small and mid-size healthcare buyers.
