Guided Healthcare
Guided HealthcareGuided Healthcare builds clinical infrastructure for chronic-disease management. We call it a clinical ERP: one system that connects the clinician, the lab, the pharmacy, and the patient so that direct-to-consumer healthcare brands can deliver ongoing, evidence-based care instead of one-off prescriptions.

The problem
The first wave of direct-to-consumer healthcare proved that people will shop for care online. But the software behind it was e-commerce software. It could sell a prescription; it could not manage a treatment that depends on labs, dose adjustments, and follow-up over months. Chronic care needs an operating system, not a checkout.

How the platform is structured
Brand layer
The consumer-facing brand: UniquelyMe today, additional brands over time. The brand owns marketing, patient acquisition, and the patient experience.
Care operation layer
The clinical infrastructure beneath every brand: clinician recruiting and readiness, the clinician workspace and prescribing entity (MySpecialtyDoc), lab ordering and results, pharmacy fulfillment, and follow-up scheduling. Built and operating before the first brand launched; shared across brands.
The brand is the front door. The care operation is the building behind it.
My role
I oversee strategy, purchasing, and partnerships: lab and pharmacy alliances, ERP integration, provider recruitment, and indirect revenue. I spend most of my time finding the best medical and scientific partners in the country and getting them onto the platform.
