Cornerstone Health Group

Cornerstone Health Group is a Los Angeles-based healthcare supply and procurement company built on a simple premise: the size of a facility shouldn't determine the price it pays. By aggregating demand across pharmacy groups, buying groups, clinics, surgical practices, and regional health systems, and partnering with licensed pharmaceutical and surgical supply companies, Cornerstone delivers institutional pricing tiers, transparent contract terms, and full-truckload logistics to buyers the large distributors overlook. CHG MED, our affiliated storefront for surgical instruments and equipment, serves clinics and surgical practices directly.

What we supply

Cornerstone focuses on supply-chain-critical products: the categories hospitals and clinics cannot operate without, and the first to be allocated during a disruption.

  1. 01Infection-control and protective supplies — respiratory protection, isolation and procedural PPE
  2. 02Point-of-care diagnostics — respiratory and infectious-disease test kits
  3. 03Injection and infusion consumables — needles, syringes, safety devices
  4. 04Surgical and procedural consumables — through CHG MED, our affiliated storefront
  5. 05Shortage-sensitive pharmaceuticals — through licensed pharmaceutical partners

How we operate

Direct sourcing

Factory relationships in the US and Asia; we buy direct and we audit what arrives.

Logistics at scale

Full-truckload and container programs through bonded warehouse partners; 28 pallets to a truck, 112 cases to a pallet, and we know where every one is.

Compliance

SAM.gov registered across seven NAICS codes (423450, 423850, 423990, 488510, 541614, 561210, 561320). Vendor onboarding, manufacturer documentation, and lot-level traceability handled before the first PO.

Institutional pricing for smaller buyers

Large health systems negotiate from volume. Independent clinics, surgical practices, and regional systems usually can't, and they pay for it. Cornerstone Health Group partners with licensed pharmaceutical and surgical supply companies to extend institutional pricing tiers and supply-chain terms to small and mid-size buyers, with transparent pricing and direct access to the supply chain, so a 20-bed facility can buy on the same footing as a 500-bed one.

Contract manufacturing

Contract manufacturing to partner specification, including private label.

Last-mile delivery

Last-mile delivery to partner facilities.

How a truckload order moves

  1. 01Product is specified and sourced direct from the manufacturer; certification and lot documentation are confirmed before purchase.
  2. 02The container lands and is received into a bonded warehouse partner in the United States; inbound product is inspected on the dock against the packing list and lot numbers.
  3. 03Inventory is held under bond, which allows release to domestic customers, re-export, or holding through a tariff change without the inventory being sold.
  4. 04On order, pallets are released from stock: 112 cases to a pallet, 28 pallets to a full truck, or a partial order for smaller buyers.
  5. 05The truck leaves from domestic stock, so a distributor is quoted a ship date from a warehouse in the United States rather than a container in transit.

Who we work with

Pharmacy groups, group purchasing and buying groups, clinics and surgical practices, regional health systems, tier-one distributors, contract manufacturers, and government procurement programs including Defense Logistics Agency opportunities.

My role

I run sourcing, supplier relationships, pricing, and logistics, and I still personally inspect inbound product.
